Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hello, my question is . have kept an tenant (christian) to which builder is not giving us NOC for the same. building is not yet on society. can any builder approve or deny on caste basis ?

Caste can not be basis for the grant or refusal, unless there is such a condition attached to the property. For example, if a land is allotted by Govt for construction of houses for backward class people, then a Christian may be excluded as same is not a backward class.
