Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we r two brothers and two sisters.My father died living behind his self acquired property.He did not executed any document in any one favour. My sisters are married in year 1972. Will my sisters have legal right/share in my fathers property if so how much share please advice i came to know that if the marriage of the daughters are performed before 1985 then she is not entitled or have legal right in her fathers property and if the marriage of the daughters is performed after 1985 the they are entitled to get equal share please advice.

your married sisters as well as unmarried sisters would have an equal right in the property of their father and the quantum would be the same as yours.

In case of self acquired property - all legal heirs as per the personal law of succession governing the deceased would have shares.
