We r Hindus. Father is the only earning member & all sons & daughters r students dependent upon father.
(1)Is this a Hindu Undivided Family if no then what is the status of the family under law?
(2)Whether father,mother,sons & daughters ar all coparceners?

it is an HUF and father is Karta and rest of the members including daughters are coparceners.
