I ( Rajesh Shinde ) and my friend ( Subhash kadam ) have brought a flat in pune costing to 50 lac rs. We both have contributed 25 lac each. We have done stamp duty and registration in our names jointly.In our society also we are joint holders.
now my question is if my friend want to sell the flat so that I want to buy his share. Now I want to remove his name from the society and stamp duty registration.
what should I do for this ( I will again have to pay stamp duty and registration chgs pl let me know

Execute and register appropriate deed from your friend in your favour.

its better to make a partition deed and divide you share among each ... then your freind can execute reliniquish his share in ur favor and execute reliniquishemnt deed for his share....
