As per my father will i have received our house and as per will my father has paid to my sister her portion money. my sister has declaration on stamp for vaiver of their right in house property and suitably makes entry in 7/12 entry. Now my sister take passion of house property by force. What legal remedias available to me. Moreover i want to disconnect water connection from house can i do legally?

yes, you can. Legally you are entitled to ownership and possession of the house.

You have both the remedies available - approach the police for her removal from the house because it amounts to criminal tresspass;

you may also file a civil suit for declaration of your title and possession of the house.

1. File appropriate suit.

2. You can disconnect water connection only after you get back possession.

u cant disconnect the water connection but u may file a suit for possession of that house stating that she has already received her share and she has forcibly taken possession of the house.
