I have purchased 17 years old flat in Ahmedabad. What will be the new registration charges and stamp duty or (Jantri) in Gurukul area? According to new Jantri rates will I get any benefits as the construction is old?

You will be entitled to applicable deduction or depreciation on attaching copy of Completion Certificate of old construction.

registration charges vary from state to state.However,generally it is 8% to 12% of sale proceed.
