Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

real estate

I have sold a panchyat layout plot in Hyderabad, A.P. Before selling the plot we have given public notice mentioning that any objection against the plot any body having right my contact the undersigned lawyer before 1 month. But no objection raised by any body so we have sold the plot and registration also completed. After some days who has purchased the plot they find that on the plot there is a court case. They are asking us to return the amount what they have paid and registration charges paid by them and also re-registration on my name with my charges. Other wise they are telling that they are going to file a suit against me. What i have to do please advise.
