my tenant refuses to evict giving one or the other excuses ,as per oor registered leave & licence deed there is a clause that if he fails to leave the premises after the notice period of one month he shall be liable to pay me rs 30,000 p.m as penalty /compensation.his rent now is rs 10,000 Now my question is that if i go to the court , will the court make him liable to pay me such compensation till the period he vacates the premises and how many years will it take .

The court orders may not be predicted in advance. You may consider pursuing your remedy through an Advocate by filing appropriate proceedings in the lcoal courts.
