Real owner?

A plot of land was purchased by my father in the name of my sister which was, afterwards , transfered in my name. This plot was then construcred into house. Entire family stared living there of their ownself without any formal permission from me. The whole of the money 4 plot & cinstruction was spent by my father who has since died. I M NOT IN POSSESSION & my mother & other sisters & brothers r living there. Who is the real owner ,me or father?
