Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have not received any notice but my father in law is saying that he has cancelled the general power of attorney of my flat in april'2011 where i am living with my daughter.can it be true or he is lying.

Your question is a bit confusing. If it is your flat, why would you need a GPA from your f in l? You must state in whose name is the title of the flat? If flat is in the name of your f in l, then, the GPA is relevant for you to act on his behalf. However, he may cancel it but under notice to you.
