Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Recently I have bought property (3BHK apt) in Pune and not registered yet. Its under constuction now. Presently I am working in Bangalore. I would like to know when the registration happen in Pune? \nLike in bangalore once the apartment or flat built, registration happens.\n\nI have heard from my lawyer in pune, registration can happen any time which is dissimilar with other states.\n\nMy question is ideally when we should have flat registration in Pune. There are several questions comes to my mind that if the property is not built till date( under construction ) what we can register there? I mean registration would be for flat and but there is no physical evidance that Flat is built or avaialble.\n\nI understand in bangalore they have first apt built and then they go for registration. where in Pune the procedure is different. Can anyone tell me why there is registration before actual property built?\n\nThanks\nHari\n9243452298

Registration can be done at any point of time based on the undivided share in the land and even if the construction is semi it could be registered and its valid.
