While cuming i lost my original document..

Can i issued a new one from the same lawyer..

Yes, First of All You have to Publish News Paper Notice for Lost of Your Original Document then after finish of notice time you can get No Objection Certificate from your lawyer and get certified copy from register office

Dear Client,

First you relex, Next follw the following the few steps:

1.Make a List of all the documents related to said Flat,

2.Register a written compliant with in the "Police Stations Limits" where you missed your documents nareating the episode and request for the serch and officialy ask for F.I.R copy duly signed by the concern officer, if they refuse to entertain you, pl meet higher police offcials.

3.Publish in Local Reputed News Paper and caustion not to deel with the said documents.

4. Approch conern Sub-Registar, where you got registed your said flat for certifide copy of your orginal documents and give reprasentation to make note of the said Flat in their CAD Computer system if any body attempts to misuse the same.

5.Keep all the acknowledgements,FIR copy, Cerifidecopy of original documents with you carefully and the same are must at the time of disposing your flat or takeing any loan etc.,

Once originals are lost, then are lost.

You may get a certified copy. However, original is original.
