Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have recently purchased a flat , now secretary of the society wanted to buy the same flat @ lower rate from the seller. Due to this he is not issuing the NOC for registration of flat. Can a secretary refuse to give an NOC for the sale of flat on above grounds , it is the case of harassment .. What legal action i as an buyer can take against him ? & what legal formalities my seller can do against society ?

ask your lawyer to send a legal notice to the secretary and if he does not issue NOC, file a suit.
