My recidential property is on my relative's name.During partation of our family.Its come to us.But its on my uncle name.Now we want to do on our name.Uncle is also ready..No offence...So what is legal procedure to convert property to our name..

If by a legal partition some property came to you, then it came to you on the date of such partition.

If you are referring to change of name / mutation in revenue record, you may apply for the same with proofs of partition.
