IN A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT UNDER MHADA Act 33(7) IS IT LEGAL TO TO PROVIDE THE COMMERCIAL TENANTS ADDITIONAL AREA TO THEIR EXISTIG AREA? HOW MUCH FLOOR HIGHT IS PERMISSIBLE TO COMMERCIAL TENANTS? CAN A MAZANINE FLOOR BE CONSTRUCTED BY THEM ? HOW IN THAT CASE FSI USED BY THEM IS CALCULATED? WHAT THE RULE SAYS?
