in redevlopment society any old member sale his old flat & buy new flat in same premises from the builder, what is the status of that memeber while society formation? is he come under new member category?

If existing members have already entered into an agreement of redevelopment, then you need to see terms of that agreement to find out whether existing member is entitled to sell or not.
