Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have reecently got my surname changed , i.e. back to my maiden name on my Pan card and Bank documents. However can you please advise what should I do to change the name on my property document. It is mortgaged with a bank and has a loan outstanding. I am the sole owner.

you need to make an affidavit for name change and make an advertisement published in local news paper for name change.
