Answer received from Mr. Jayesh Desai :- GPA if executed along-with conveyance (satakhat) then yes; other wise NO.

Pl find the conveyance deed wording as details given below :-

�This indenture made this 23 day of Sep,2009 between Gujarat housing board colony and hirer SH RK Yadav s/o sh ram pal yadav r/o icchapur ,surat Thru. GPA Sh Ashok kumar s/o Raj Kumar r/o house # G2 , adjan road , surat vide vasika # dated sub registrar surat ( herein after called the owner which expression shall unless inconsistent and with the context or meaning include the heirs executors , administrators legal representatives and assignees) of second part �

PL Advise , can ONLY Ashok only sell the property , means Ashok is only 100% rights and owner ship for the same .
