Reg Grand Mothers Property
My grandfather gifted 2.23 acresland to my grandmotherand registered the same in year 1955.
My grandmother and my father again executed a will to give 50% land from that 2.23acres to my fathers sister(My Aunty).And my father cultivated the remaining 50% of the land from 1971 to 1983.He paid all the bills regarding to that land in his name only.He passed on 1983.After that my aunty have registerd the total land 2.23 acres in her name on 1985.From that time she is paying all the land taxes and all other bills in her name.I filed a case against my aunty to give the remainig 50% of land that is excluded in the will.Now they are calling for negotiation,case is on the way in the court for last two years.I am confused about the verdict.Should i accept for the negotiation or continue case.I want to know what verdict i will get in final.Please suggest how to proceed further.

Your facts are not clear.

How can your father execute a will along with your grandmother?

Court verdicts are difficult to predict.

Going for negotiations make no difference to your case, unless an agreement is reached.
