In a Registered Housing Society in Mumbai, how to recover the pending dues from defaulting members.We have defaulters whose dues run into lacs of rupees. Please advise the procedure for recovery

You may apply to the registrar empowered under the act and obtain recovery certificate.
You may approach the co-operative court for recovery.
