Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I need a "Registered Rent Agreement" to open a bank account with company name. I want to know the procedure for making Registered Rent Agreement. and want to know where i can get this form ? which documents required for this process?

Is there any alternate option to open bank account?

As such there is no such form available rather its a agreement entere in between tanent and landlord which is registered... either you can get it drafted or we can help you....

Bank asking this document for address proof for you company...

Rent Agreement is an agreement between landlord and tenant in respect of letting of a premises.

You may get this agreement prepared from your lawyer by providing details of landlord, tenant, description of premises, agreed rent, deposit, period etc.

This agreement is to be executed after affixing applicable stamp duty and then registered with the Sub-Registrar.
