registration of conveyance deed

the deed for freehold was executed by DDA in favour of my mother in 2001 but was not registered .She expired in 2006.

How can the deed be transfered in name of son?

Please make an application stating that your mother has passed away and show proof that you are the only legal heir and file all papers of relationship and further give proof of her death certificate, ration card, any other certificate to the DDA and ask for sale deed to be executed in your name.
