After registration with the sub registrar, Delhi, can any party cancel the partition deed after giving application etc to the sub registrar office.If yes, then in how many days from the date of its registration.pl advice. thanks

A registered cannot be cancelled by the parties. However, it may challenged in a civil court, if adequate grounds are available.

the deed can be challenged with 3 years of its registration.

No. It cannot be cancelled in the Sub Registration office. It should be through the Court only. Otherwise all the parties to the Partition deed should sign the deed of cancellation.
