Release Deed

Hi

This is--name removed--the question is about my grand mother and her son who is my mama a house was purchased by my grandmother and my mama both of them have contributed in purchasing the house equallyand it was registered on there both names. my mama got married in 2003 and he was not having a good health after mirrage my mama wife wanted her name in the porperty and she made a Release deed stating that my grand mother is giving the property to her son i.e mama as my mama was not in proper health he signed it as my grandmother is uneducated she also signed it after that she(i.e mama wife) made an another deed in which she transferred the property to her name stating that she had paid an ammount for that which was never paid now she is neglecting my grandmother who is 70 now can my grand mother have a chance in the property and my mama donot have any kids.Pls let me know what can be done so that i can help her out.Thanx--name removed--

You may file a suit for getting appropriate reliefs.

One can file a suit praying for appropriate reliefs.

If the acts also amount to offences, one can also consider filing a criminal case.
