Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Relying upon documents
Plaintff has filed a large number of documents under cpc to prove his case.Later on it was found that many of them were infact going against him. They were therefore not got exhibited/proved by the pltff. in his evidenne. Evidence of both the parties is now closed. My query is that whether the defendant can read them AGAINST THE PLAINTIFF DURING FINAL ARGUMENTS. Nonetheless the said documents are on the suit file
