Remedy under hindu law etc.

I have purchased house in the name of my elder son in 1950 who was then a student with no income.Do have I ANY REMEDY 2 GET BACK THE HOUSE BACK FROM MY DIS-OBEDIENT SON?What is the remedy under Hindu law or any other remedy available 4 me. I am in possession.

You got to check your documents/evidences, etc with the lawyer.

However, do not ever vacate the possession of the house till the problem is resolved.
