Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

what is the remedy if 1 part owner of a flat approaches the bank for loan and the bank grants him loan on that property. What can the other holder do because his consent and signature was not taken.

What documents does the bank check before giving mortgage money and does the bank inquire with the society who are the owners ??

Thanking you.

without the signatures and consent of the other owner, how can the bank mortgage the property and sanction the loan. your lawyer needs to go through all the relevant documents to support you.
