what is the remedy
I purchased property in name of my son in 1970.I spent the entire money of my own. My son was a student & with no money. I took the possession along with wife & childern.My son had has been out of the property . Now my son is plainning to throw us out of property.He is taking about benami act & other legal juglury.Do we have a remedy. kindly advise a way for our defence.

in case of the transaction made in 1970 it has got no effects pertaining to the benami transaction act 1988. defence and remedies can be advised after examining the papers.
