i want to Renovate my flat, sec of Soc ask for 50000 bribe, when we didnt paid he said i dont giv permission and when v started work with Builder permission, BMC , MHADA , police & Dep Registrar, he complaint in Police and says catch my feet or les ul loose ur 50Lack flat based on 2005 GR, ur room wont transfer fr 10yrs, i said its nt SRA, Builder redeveloped and PNB bank gave laon to us , seller didnt have any problem, we are 2nd tenant, we gave notice through Adv, police is interfearing, pls guide us,
the society is saying to us if you go cross to us you will loose your flat, they are pretending on 2005 GR that 10yrs room wont transfer on our name,pls guide us
