Renovation

I own a flat in mumbai. in feb 2008 i

gave a letter for renovation along

with the plan.

Till March end there was no response.

Now when the work is getting over ,

I have been asked for a NOC from

society. Moreover the Management

has changed.

I am in a fix

pl advice the course oaf action.

Why society is not giving NOC. What course of action you are planning? Is there any dispute?

apply for NOC and incase the same is not given to you or any hinderence cused to your work then approach the court.
