i have rented a hall for past 11 months now the agrrement expires due to 11 month period gets over

both the parties are ready to extend what should i do

The agreement shall automatically stand extended if you keep accepting rent from the party.

If you need a writing, you may make a note on the same very agreement and both the parties may sign.
