Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I was on rent from last two years and there is a registered agreement for this lease and license, On 30th of Nov 2009 the above agreement expired. i served the notice to my owner 30 days in advance about the expiry of the agreement. I vacate the premises on 20th Nov .and also informed the owner to finalise all the settlements. but she didn't come and now she demanded the full month rent and keep back Rs 5000 from the deposit which is Rs50,000, I didn't get back my amount till date. Should i sue my owner ?

You can sue.
However, examine the quantum of expenses and efforts involved vis-a-vis recoverable amount.
