Rental House
I had a Pagdi house in Mumbai which was purchase my grandpa more than 60yreas back, over the period room was transfered from my father and from my father to my name with mutual understanding with owner and concerned NOC, now finally rent receipt is my name. my question is my inlaws i.e. my uncle or uncle children can claim on my room ?

Relationship between landlord and tenant is of personal nature and it is not a right, title or interest in an immovable property. Therefore, claims of your uncle or his children may not be tenable.
