i have rented a commercial property
which rent is rs3600 per month from 1 april 2011 and i received rent for whole year in advance on 8 of april 2011 for the period of 1 april 2011 to 31 march 2011
may i file suit for eviction from tenant in august 2011

I think you have put up a wrong date. It should be 31 March 2012.
