Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
is it possible to allow renters in ownership housing complex? If apartment owners' association prohibits against entry of renters, what will be the measures to be taken? in bye-laws it is written that no apartment owner can leave his apartment to a renter and earn money out of it, is it tenable bye-laws? can renter enjoy the common areas and facilities at per with the owners of the apartment? please give reply at free of cost, thanks.

The society cannot have any such bye-laws. It is illegal and will not stand in the courts. The tenants have all the rights like that of a owner.

in case their are such bye laws that the premises cannot be given on rent, the same may be applicable.
