Renting out flat in Mumbai

I would like to know the details of the Power of Attorney letter required for registration in Mumbai

i) Does it have to be on stamp paper?

ii) Does it have to be signed by an legal -attorney ?

iii) Does it have to be signed by a notary as well?

It is required to be on appropriate stamp.

It is required to be executed or signed by both grantor and attorney.

It is required to be executed before and attested by a Notary Public.
