Repairs
A flat owner has carried out extensive modifications, including flooring, due to which water has been seeping into the house below damaging the walls. The owner refuses to have the walls repaired, even when there is a society bye-law which clearly states that the person carrying out renovations has to pay for the damage to the other flat. What recourse do we have in such a situation?
