Is ''replication'' filed by plaintiff.(after the defendant has filed his written statement) become a part of the pleadings of the plaintiff, in a suit for property?

No, replication is not part of pleading.In cpc there is no concept of replication but in practice it is being adopted.If any new fact is pleaded in WS then replication can be read in rebuttance.
