use of resedential property for commercial purpose

In my society in my wing at the ground floor a 3 BHK flat is being utilised for commercial purpose more than 30 peoples are remain there in the flat doing electricity bill making and printing , this is a big nuissance to the society we want to remove it from the society pls kindly let me know all the legal formalities

u may hire a good lawyer who is well acquainted with local municipal laws and he may obtain injunction against them from using a residential premises for commercial purposes. u may also sue the wrongdoer for causing nuisance and compensation thereof under law of torts.

You should inform the management about the nuisance and you may also approach the local authorities/police for removal of nuisance. You may also approach the Labour Department for illegal factory working out in a residential area. If the noise level is beyond permissible limits, you may approach the Pollution Control Board for regulating noise.
