Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I reside in Hyderabad. iHAVE 2 SIDE BY SIDE PLOTS OF 350 SQ.YARDS EACH. ONE IS REGISTERED SALE DEED OTHER IS REGISTERED GPA CUM SALE DEED. I GOT PERMISSIONS AND GAVE BOTH PLOTS FOR DEVELOPMENT. BUILDER TOOK HIS SHARE OF 5 FLATS AND GAVE ME 5 FLATS AS MY SHARE.
QUESTION IS HOW TO ESTABLISH MY TITLE ON FLATS CONSTRUCTED ON GPA HALF OF THE PLOT. WHAT IF I IGNORE PLOT REGISTRATION?

Title can established by a conveyance.
If you ignore conveyance, you may not have title.
