i have residential premises on 2nd floor i want to start chartered accountant office can society prevent me. can i get a copy of jugement of suprem court in nutan co.op hsg soc. where court held that professional can work in residential premises

Yes,your approach is correct.You can use part of the premises for office purpose.I donot think that society should have any objection in this regard.

You can use residential premises for the purposes of office of a professional like C.A., Lawyer etc. If you know citation of the judgement, you can have a copy made from relevant journal available in office of lawyers or local court.
