Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Respected Sir,
My brother-ion-law transferrred the house of his mother in his name after her death. My wife has not been informed aboutthe transfer of the said house. My wife is a legal heir of her parents. The mother did not give any will in the name of my brother-in-law during alive.Whether she can claim her share in that house? Whether the transfer of the house is legal ?

yes, she has an equal right in the property.
