Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Respected Sir/ Madam,
We(myself and my wife) are planning to buy an individual house in Bangalore. At present, the owner of the house has issued each floor( 2 floors) as a gift deed to his 2 sons. The mother/ parent deed exists between the owner and the previous seller. However, there is just a notarized, irrevocable GPA available form the original(first) owner to the second owner. As told earlier, mother deed exists only between the second and the third owner(present owner).
Also, the present owner has been residing here for the past 15 years, betterment and relevant docs are up-to-date.
Please let me know if I am good for a genuine property deal.

Whether property is clear title or not is a matter of investigation by qualified lawyer/solicitor.
