Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir, Ours is a co operative housing society where in some flats are being used for commercial activities, and society is imposing extra charges on them for running commercial activities and also imposing extra charges for display of boards which they have displayed in front of there own premises where commercial activities are running, please help in providing information if society can impose such extra charges and if not we would be highly thankful if you could give us some Court judgements in above matter of commercial use and charges for dispaying of boards
