Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir,

I want to transfer my ancestral property on my name.I am facing one problem that 3 out of my four sisters had died and in order to do the legal proceedings for the same it requires that i have to call their 17 children which itself is a very cumbersome task because to get the timings of so much people together is difficult.

Also, they are saying that I prepare some legal document which they can sign at their respective places.

So, kindly inform me about the procedure for the formation of Attorney Power & whether it will be sufficient for me to get transfer my property in the court of law.
