Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir,I have bought a land from A in 2011, A bought same in 2007 from B , B bought same in 1974 from C. Registration paper,(Jamabandi paper/dakhil kharij paper)Sudhi patra, tax receipt all are correct acoording to record of C. But the nephew of C shows a registration paper of 1972 in the name of father of C of same land without (jamabandi paper) sudhi patra.Who will be the right owner of the land

If land is already sold in 1972 by C, then all sale by C after 1972 would be null and void as C was not having any ownership/title thereafter.
