Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Respected Sir
I purchased a flat in a scheme where 4 units are constructed by two owners at first and second floor. Both of them are residing at first floor and they sold two units at second floors. One of the owner has a small room at ground floor.
In my sale deed it is mentioned that I have to use the ground floor area exclusively for parking purpose. When I occupied the flat, the second owner also consctructed a small boundary wall in front at ground floor.
My ques is; can I do something on this? I and my family are facing a problem in car and other vehicles parking.

You may claim on the area mentioned in your sale deed.
You have to complain in the Loacl municipaity office.
Try for an amicable and mutually convenient settlement. Failing that take appropriate legal recourse.
