Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir,

I have two question regarding claiming property.

1) My grandfather has three sons. My father( Mr.Rama) is the eldest among all three. My father bought some property on his name(Mr.Rama). Non of his younger brother(my uncle) contributed in that including his father. It was a self financed property.

Now my question is that can his two younger brother(my uncle) can claim in my fathers property.???

2) My grandfather was a government employee. After his death, The middle one(2nd uncle) among the three brothers got the job in place of my grandfather.

now my question is that can I or my father claim in the that amount he( earns).

1. If your father his own/self funds for purchase of property, then it is a self acquired property and nobody would have any claim on it.
