Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

respected sir,

my link in regd.1983, and my reg.doc 2009, EC are showing 1983 to 2010 the same.revenue records supporting up to 1995.

my opponent having only white paper transaction of 1984 with this he modified records in 1995 and he got passbook and he is saying since 1984 enjoying the property and mro also certifed the same.

but, mro recommended for cancellation of passbook due white paper is not valid document.rdo did not, but joint collector said that he is going to cancel his passbook but reg. the possession they said they did not do anything. in this case i will ask only 4 questions kindly clarify me.

1. documents all are in my favour but i have lost my possession

2.after cancelltion of passbook can i directly go to the land

3. does he have the right with while paper of 1984

4. if i go to civil court how much time will take
