Thanks for you response sir. I have lost my dowry amount, upto now salary drawn amount in our in-laws family. Now i am not getting paid for anything and they even don't care about me and my kid. My husband is irresponsible person and doing no work. Always harrassing me for money. As i am an employee facing lot of problems in financial matters. So i decided to give up my job for some days. so that i can continue my job once the things settle down. As we are living seperately Can i get atleast my dowry amount from my in-laws for me and my kid regular expenses. Please suggest.

Yes . You can get dowry , maintenance and residence from your husband and your in-laws. You have to file a complaint before Crime against Women cell and a petition under domestic violence act. You will get all the mentioned relief from the Court and women cell etc.
